Dost Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026
This policy explains what Dost collects and how it is used to provide voice companion, account, memory, reminder, notification, and subscription features.
Data We Collect
Account data may include your email address, Sign in with Apple identifiers, optional phone number, authentication tokens, and account settings.
Voice and conversation data may include live audio sent through voice infrastructure, transcripts, conversation threads, post-call summaries, reminders, and saved memory facts you choose to create through conversation.
Preference and usage data may include selected voice, language, theme, weekly voice usage, subscription state, purchase events, push tokens, device and operational logs, and support messages.
How We Use Data
We use data to authenticate you, connect voice sessions, personalize the assistant, remember user-requested context, deliver reminders and notifications, enforce free and paid weekly usage limits, process Apple subscription events, improve reliability, and provide support.
Dost uses service providers for authentication, storage, realtime voice transport, AI speech and language processing, text-to-speech, notifications, and subscription infrastructure. Voice and conversation content may be processed by those providers to deliver the requested assistant response.
Sensitive Information
Dost may store sensitive personal facts only when they appear in conversations and are useful for assistant memory or reminders you request. Do not share information you do not want processed by the service.
Dost is not a medical, legal, financial, or emergency service. Do not rely on generated responses as professional advice.
Retention and Deletion
Contact support@patientdesk.ai to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help. We delete or anonymize account data that is no longer needed for product operation, security, legal compliance, billing records, or fraud prevention.
Deleting a Dost account does not cancel an Apple subscription. You can manage Apple subscriptions through Apple. Subscription purchase records may remain with Apple and in our billing logs as required for account, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes.
