Dost is a voice-first AI companion for iPhone. Contact us if you need help with your account, subscription, privacy, safety, or app behavior.

Email support@patientdesk.ai for support. Include the email address on your Dost account, your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Subscriptions

Dost Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks 70 minutes of voice usage per week. You can upgrade, restore purchases, or open Apple subscription management from app settings.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. You can cancel or manage renewal in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Safety and Reporting

Report harmful, offensive, unsafe, or incorrect AI output to support@patientdesk.ai. Include the approximate date and time of the conversation so we can investigate.

Account Deletion

Request account deletion at support@patientdesk.ai. We delete or anonymize account records, stored memories, reminders, transcripts, push tokens, and app data that are no longer needed for security, legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Deleting an account does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple before deleting your account.
